Summer Session 2019 – Mike Abrashoff | It’s Your Ship

On July 2nd 2019, Linkage Cyprus organized a leadership speech at Hilton Park Nicosia, with best-selling author and speaker, Mike Abrashoff. The leader presented It’s Your Ship and inspired businessmen towards the direction of effective leadership through a management model based on employee autonomy and discipline. In his own words “if you manage as a leader, to see your company through the eyes of your people and communicate how important they are to your goals, it is certain that they will bring excellent results”

The event was opened by Natasa Pilidou, Cypriot Deputy Minister of Shipping, Michael Antoniades, President of KPMG Cyprus and Miranda Archontidou, Member of the Board of Directors, Cyprus Human Resource Management Association. D

Dimitris Papanikitopoulos, President, Linkage Cyprus and Artemios Miropoulos, Managing Director, Linkage Cyprus expressed their satisfaction for the positive feedback and overall conference participation.
