How to Lead Our Businesses Through the Crisis

In early April 2020, Linkage Cyprus successfully organized 4 Virtual Meetings on How to Lead Our Businesses Through the Crisis with lead speaker Kyriakos Kofinas, Leadership/Business Coach – Dubai/IMEA Region. More than 50 CEO’s from Greek & Cypriot Organizations participated in the meetings.

The speaker reviewed the SARS-CoV-2 crisis impact on his side of the world and discussed the leading practices businesses adapt in the wider geographical region (Dubai, India, Middle East, Africa). Participants shared their own business perspectives and experiences in dealing with the pandemic while discussed new ideas and leadership practices that could be implemented in order to encourage and support Business Executives.

The Far East lockdown strategy was also explored (preparation culture, crisis management teams, frameworks, “what if” scenarios, extreme scenarios with trigger points) along with a new Business Model based on digitization, e-learning, work from home, and most importantly, People Management.

Linkage Cyprus continues to support Leaders and Businesses through the crisis. Humanity is faced with an unprecedented situation that we must all deal with in the best possible way.
