Linkage offers a module aiming to improve the leadership effectiveness of Managers by enhancing their emotional intelligence through self-awareness and the application of strategies, tools and techniques that will help them build more productive working relationships.

The objectives of this module are:

  • Assess the level of emotional intelligence and identify strengths and opportunities to improve.
  • Increase self-awareness regarding emotions and reactions to situations, challenges and people.
  • Learn strategies for managing emotions in the workplace that lead to better decision making, problem solving and conflict management.
  • Enhance the ability to recognize and appreciate the emotions and perspectives of others.
  • Learn strategies to build and enhance positive working relationships, enhance team effectiveness and improve overall leadership effectiveness.
