Leadership Stories

What does storytelling have to do with leadership? When you consider that great leaders are also great communicators, the connection begins to make sense. Storytelling is a critical leadership capability that helps you explain what is happening and why it matters. A key part of a leader’s role is to influence, motivate and inspire people to reach certain goals. To do that, he or she must engage people’s hearts as well as their minds, and the key to their hearts is through story.
